2018 GOALS//REVISITED

At the beginning of this year I wanted to blog and let my creativity flourish and strengthen my relationship with Christ and on and on... but if you've read my previous post you know I was not in the right head space or spiritual health to do any of it. We are all a work in progress but for me, I went into overhaul in late March and early April. I began reconnect with Christ and have been on that journey ever since. Today I find myself wanting to fulfill those goals I set for myself at the beginning of the year. It's never too late after all.

I think instead of starting with yearly goals I should start with monthly goals and even weekly goals. Once I consistently start fulfilling those goals I'll maybe try doing yearly goals again.

Personal Goals

  • Be intentional

  • More family and Friends time

  • Bless and encourage others

  • Finances

  • Be active

  • Organize!

  • Creativity!

These are the goals I set for myself at the beginning of the year. I was going to add to them but that never happened. I looked back at these and may and realized these are my constant goal for every day, week, month, and year, These will be my life goals from now on. I am now tasked with the responsibility of coming up with a few monthly goals.

Why am I even writing my goals here? Good question haha... I think It'll be a good way to keep myself accountable and motivated. It's always good to have goals, to strive for something you want to achieve or you just needs to be done.

October Goals

  • At least 15-20 blog posts this month

  • Have some social media presence

  • Reorganize closet and makeup (I've been avoiding this)

  • Restart daily pullups challenge

Four goals aren't a bad start, right? I hope not. I don't want to set too many goals that end up just overwhelming me. Start small and work your way up if possible is how I see it. So now what I ask from you is to pray for me and wish me luck on making these goals happen.

I hope you're having a lovely day. May God bless you.
